I find I do most of this intuitively but great to carry around as a pocket-sized reference book and some worthwhile recommendations for further reading at the end. Thank you for your feedback. It's a very slim volume and I found quite a few of its sections useful for helping me structure the arguments in my essays. This is a superb little book that many lecturers at my University swore by. During my time teaching presentation and debating skills to students, this was the key book.

Short, sweet, and straight to the point. Very easy to read as well. Great purchase. Enjoyed this, It sits well beside the rather better known 'Straight and Crooked Thinking'. Aimed at students, and others, required to produce extensive polemics in the course of their work, and it is very useful in that context.

Commendable work. Load more international reviews. Explains in very simple terms, and fun to read. One person found this helpful. Dabei werden die Regeln sehr gut mit Beispielen belegt und so auch noch einmal veranschaulicht.

It is quite simple and practical. Some may find it too light, for me it is ideal. Weston gives you examples for everything he says so it is quite clear and handy.
